Parent Partnership Days with Early Years - 04/05/2018

On Thursday, April 26, the children took part in a range of 'Windy Day' arts and crafts activities with their parents.

The children created windmills, wrist bands, made flags and coloured pictures based on the theme of ‘windy days’.

Every fortnight, the Academy invites parents of Early Years into school to work with their children and staff on a themed activity as part of the Parent Partnership Days.

Nursery Teacher, Miss Morrey said: “These wonderful sessions help us to promote home-school links and we develop positive professional relationships with our parents during these sessions. It's an ideal opportunity to get our parents on board with a variety of projects that we are currently working on to enhance our environment that will greatly benefit our children.”

Ruby, Nursery pupil said: “It's good because I can see Mummy and I do some fun colouring and painting.”
